Founder and Head Coach
Catherine, from Stow, Ohio has been an athlete for over 20 years and started actively riding and racing mountain bikes, cyclocross and road bikes in 2013. She’s highly sought after for her relatability and her direct, thorough, and fun approach to teaching riding skills.
Catherine has been coaching since 2016 and founded Ride Inspired Coaching, LLC in 2018 as a means to bring private lessons and clinics to women, men, and youth in Northern Ohio. In the summer of 2018, Catherine also founded CAMBA Juniors, a youth developmental MTB club. She’s been coaching at Ray’s Indoor Bike Park since 2016 and has traveled to coach in multiple states across the country. She has coached clinics with Radical Roots MTB, Sundance Mountain Bike Skills Clinics, Stark Parks, Medina Parks, The Columbus Mountain Bike Association, The Cleveland Area Mountain Bike Association, Summit Metroparks, and Cleveland Metroparks. In addition to teaching, she occasionally races for CAMBA in the pro/expert class in the local mtb series.
Catherine holds multiple certifications through BICP (Bike Instructor Certification Program) and is also an Instructor Trainer. As a coach, her passion is rooted deeply in helping riders to find confidence, overcome fears, and develop a love of adventure. Catherine has done extensive coursework outside of cycling in education and teaching. In addition to mountain bike coaching, she also teaches private piano lessons.

Diana Miller

Diana has over 15 years of riding experience. Her biking adventures started in 2003 when as an adult she began racing BMX with her husband - this eventually led her to mountain biking. After having attended numerous MTB skills clinics over the years as a participant, she decided in March 2019 to become a certified instructor through BICP. She enjoys working with new riders to help them gain the skills and confidence to have more fun while riding. She also assists with the Rays MTB Ladies Night program and the local juniors program.
Brooke Trine

Brooke has 5+ years of riding experience. Prior to mountain biking, she rode competitive motocross for 8 years. She found mountain biking as a winter hobby at Ray’s Indoor Bike park and now travels full time competing as a professional Slopestyle and Freeride mountain bike athlete. Brooke has 3 years of experience coaching at various clinics including Ray’s Women’s Weekend, Ride Like a Girl Events, and Highland MTN Women’s Gravity Events. She enjoys helping riders break down and conquer fears when it comes to jumping, pumping, or simply just riding!
Outside of riding, Brooke has a Master’s degree in Business and has worked as a Continuous Improvement professional prior to pursuing riding full time.
